I was hoping to tweak some video where the auto shutter speed has left slow banding that is evident at regular speed and very evident when the video speed is increased.

Options are:
1st plane threshold (default 0.020)
2nd plane threshold (default 0.020)
3rd plane threshold (default 0.020)
4th plane threshold (default 0.020)
Range (default 16)
Direction (default 6.283)
Blur (default On)
Coupling (default Off)
