"stretch" audio for slomo?

I have some video taken at 3880 frames per second (160x42 pixels) and want to apply sound collected at 256kHz (or thereabouts) by a DAT - but I can't figure out how to stretch out the sound in the timeline to match what I see in the video frames. I don't actually want to resample the sound, just slow down the effective sampling rate.

As far as I'm aware of the current kdenlive functionality, you have to go external for this purpose (-> resample). Basically, it should be handled by the speed effect, but it's doing video only at the moment (audio -> mute).
