I, too, find Kdenlive to be a blessing in the linux world. I have worked with many prgrams and the other platforms, I'm impressed with it.

Question; capturing audio from the webcam doesn't happen for me. Am running SuSE 11.1 with all the most recent updates, LogitechQuickcam Pro for Notebooks webcam. Which works fine for net communications.

Either I'm not doing the Kdenlive set up correctly or perhaps this is a feature yet to come.

Please tell me what you can,

Not all webcams work with the v4l2 capture capability in FFmpeg. I think it only works with uncompressed and perhaps not all pixel formats.
