Hey, I have multpule aduio tracks and wanted to know if there is a way I can link more than one audio track to a video? One track is the original audio and another is with commentary on top. I don't want to cut twice everytime I make an edit. I don't think you can do this, but I wanted to make sure.

I just tested. And you can. Just multi select video and two audio tracks, right click and group clips. You can then razor them with the razor tool or Shift-R and it cuts all three.
