Hi, what's the difference between normalisation and gain in the audio correction settings?

Gain sets the audio amplification, 100 is 100% that means no amplification. The factor is either fixed or can be keyframed. The latter allows you to do lowering volume for voice over, et cetera. However, it requires manual work, as there are no automatic voice faders, et cetera.

Normalization uses adaptive audio amplification to achieve a certain level. The adaption bases on a certain number of past audio frame segments over which the required amplification is calculated. This effect has no lookahead, so in may not achieve desired results in some cases.
