As a Gun Syncer, I like to rely on the Waveforms of the Music that I use, and as a Perfectionist, I like to do be as accurate as possible. Slightly problematic however is how the Waveforms are displayed when zooming in really closely.
As visible in this (https://i.imgur.com/Quq4b2O.png) Screenshot, the Clip Monitor shows the Waveform extremely accurate, while the Timeline doesn't. Is there a way to make the Waveforms in the Timeline just as accurate or at least more accurate than they are? |

Try: hit CTRL+SHIFT+, -> timeline -> take away the hook from "use FFmpeg for audio thumbnails (faster)". More details see this YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKslOkep9g0
