Synchronization of audio and video

Tue Jan 08, 2019 11:18 pm
I am a very new user of Kdenlive. I have both audio and video recordings of a choir (split into the 17 different songs). I want to align the audio and video. When I've played with Kdenlive, it looks like both the audio and video can only be moved by one video frame. Is that correct? Is there some way that I can shift them by less than a frame to ensure 'perfect' alignment? I don't want it to look like a bad overdub.

Thanks.

Right click on the clip in the timeline and try with „Set Audio Reference“ and “Align Audio to Reference”. See here: https://userbase.kde.org/Kdenlive/Manua ... Click_Menu

Thanks! I'll give that a try.
