I record audio with a separate audio interface at 24/96 with a pair of high quality condenser microphones with audacity and export the audio as FLAC. The video comes from an Olympus OM-D and is originally encoded with h264 - H.264 / AVC / MPEG-4 AVC / MPEG-4 part 10.

I've tried the HEVC profile and changed the acodec line to flac, but in the final mp4 audio is still AAC. I don't want any audio compression, because for piano recordings (I record myself on either my own Steinway B or on a Bechstein D 282 concert grand) my demands for really good audio are high.

Can someone please tell me how to amend profiles.xml with an entry for h265 video encoding and either lossless PCM stream or FLAC?
