Some years ago, I remember that I have used several audio effects in kdenlive such as equalizer, noise gate an so on. But in the current version 20.08.2 (I use the AppImage under Ubuntu 20.04) there are only a handfull of effects (fades, gain, ...) but no equalizer. Should I install any libraries?

You need to install some LADSPA effects packages, like cmt-plugins, swh-plugins, tap-plugins...

Thanks very much. I installed the plugins and found them in kdenlive in the audio-tab (not in the first tab, because this displays only the main effects - but not all)
