Extracting audio from a clip

Thu Aug 19, 2021 4:22 am
So. I am recording MKV with OBS, two audio channels, one channel is my commentary the other the game audio. I want to pull the commentary out to toss into Audacity and clean it up and add compression, stuff like that. How do I do this? I tried the Clip -> Extract Audio , no love from it. It'll do the game audio but not the commentary audio. I even make sure I click on the commentary audio in the timeline so it's highlighted. This is the Windows version of KDenlive .

i added to online rendering profiles page for kdenlive some ONLY-AUDIO rendering profile... with these you can "extract" the completre audio from the final project... made changes.. and import it again on original project.
https://www.pling.com/browse?cat=334&ord=latest ( AAC 384 i think has a good quality )

Cool! Will this handle two audio streams? Most times I'll be editing the commentary but a few FO4 mods, like TMaH mod, there are spots were it's too quiet and it'll need editing too.
