Kdenlive 21 allowed me to select audio outputs at various bitrates 320,192,128 etc ..

Kdenlive 22 only has video presets at the highest quality preset I always have audio at 140 in the exported file.

How can I adjust the audio bitrate now?

you can create a custom profile for rendering using your favorite bitrate.
