How do add a video with Audio (Talking), and add a music track under this video, then play the music at the proper level, but lower it when some speech come up, then raise it again?

Hello marleymiesha,
It's very simple.
Of course, there has to be a track in the timeline where you have to insert the video and audio. Right click to the far left of the previous tracks.
When you have inserted the new video, you can insert an effect into the audio track: Volume (keyframable). With it you can adjust the volume at any point as you need it.
If you are brand new, it will take you some effort, but it's worth it. Keep at it.
