With Version 0.7.2.1 I get only very poor video and audio quality.

The different options for the rendering output formats seems to have no

effect on the outputfile.

It seems to me that I am missing most of the export profiles?

Only "Raw DV" gives me concrete profiles and the detailed export options

in the info field?

Solved

The problem was the missing "libmlt-dev" package, as described in the bug tracker under ID 674.

After recompiling and restarting the Run Config Wizard, the full spectrum of export formats is available.
