Hi,

I am creating a slide-show by manually importing jpegs, adding transitions, and then a sound-track. (I know, there is a plug-in...)

I am using OpenSuSE 11.1, KDE 4.2 and kdenlive 0.7.2.1.

When I render this to MPEG-4 the sound drops out when it reaches the first transition and does not return. I am using Kaffiene for playback.

Output to 1080 30p does not have this problem, but fails to play on my sister-in-law's iTunes platform.

So, two questions: Any guesses as to why the sound is dropping out in some rendering formats and not others? Is there a better format to render to so my sis-in-law can play it on her Macinsquash?
