I order to the problems with MLT 0.5.0 & 0.5.2 memory leak
I was not able to render a big project to 1080p or 1080i in kdenlive 0.7.7.0 (or 0.7.7.1)
crashed during rendering....

so what i did ;-)

1) adding the mirror packman repo --> http://mirror.detik.com/opensuse-packman/suse/11.2

2) installed:
mlt-0.4.6-1.pm.1.1.x86_64.rpm
kde4-kdenlive-0.7.6-0.pm.1.1.x86_64.rpm
(ffmpeg is on the latest version)

3) open the project that i was made in 0.7.7.1
in kdenlive 0.7.6 and rendering was OK

So now you can use kdenlive until mlt 0.5.4 is out ;-)
