Hi,

I am capturing video in HD... What is the best rendering (with a reasonable file size) for use on YouTube. I'd love 1080p and 720p specs if available. (and keeping 16:9)

In the render dialog choose "Web sites" in the drop down at the top. However there is no profile for 1080p.
For this job I would use MPEG-4 or H.264 12000k.
You can enforce progressive rendering with the drop down next to "Scanning".
