Firstly, I know pretty less about multimedia; and I'm always baffled with video conversion.

I render anything in KDEnlive and it results in an empty file. Encoding in some formats result in a encoding failed message, otherwise it will result in a 9.8 kb file with x264

I tried running the script, even added the -verbose option to melt, but no hint of what could go wrong.

Did not compile ffmpeg with encode.
