Audio in my films is notre working anymore (it used to 2 month ago with the profile below) :

f=mpegts acodec=ac3 ab=384k ar=48000 ac=2 vcodec=mpeg2video s=hd1080 r=25 b=25000k g=12 trellis=1 pass=2 flag=+ildct+ilme top=-1

changing ac3 to mp2 does work (tested on Kaffeine and VLC).

any idea where to search for a solution ? (Kdenlive 0.7.8)

I had a similar problem I think.

Audio didn't work burning to DVD. I modified the profile to use acodec mp2 rather than ac3 and now audio works.

FWIW.

sounds like a ffmpeg problem because I ripped a DVD wik K3B, chose AC3 for sound and no sound in the output file....changed sound to something different than AC3 and worked fine.
