Rendering produces jerky result. Tried different (~10) rendering profiles...same problem

Hello all !

I just bought a nice GoPro HD camera, which provides me with nice h264 .MOV movies with great quality. I tried different non-linear editing software, and kdenlive looks like the best (at least for me). I did a really simple movie out of my 1.1GiB HD clip, no problems. But when it comes to rendering, result is jerky, I can't figure out why. Original movie runs smoothly.
I first thought it was due to low rendering profile, so I tried with others. I even tried some lossless h264 rendering, without success. Image quality is correct, but it looks like if the movie has been resampled and some frames are skipped (1 out of 2). I also tried to force "progressive", but it did not change the result (at least the problem is still here).

I don't think the problem comes from the rendering selections, as I tried nearly 10 of them, and I always get the same jerky result. Problem is that I really don't know what to do now. I was searching in menus for some magic settings that could save me, without luck. I can provide some small movie clip if needed (when I'm back home).

Btw, kdenlive looks really great compared to what I tried, this rendering problem is the only point that prevents me from using it :'(

If you load the rendered result can you tell if it is repeating frames?
