render to x264 PAFF ??

Some has any idea how to render HD-Video to x264 (interlaced) to PAFF interlaced (Picture Adaptive Field Frame) instead of only MBAFF (MacroBlock Adaptive Field Frame).
Some devices (f.e. PS3) does not play MBAFF Video interlaced, but PAFF (like old top field first) plays well.

Any Idea or Tool which can encode to PAFF x264 ?
