What is the optimal resolution fro mpg2 to h.264?

Hi everyone,
My JVC Everio GZ MB465 shoots video as MOD (MPEG2) at 720*576. What would be the optimum settings when rendering to h.264. I would like it to render quickly, but not lose too much detail. Thanks! |
