Hello. I have problem. I can't make MOV DV PAL/NTSC.
I try add this:

try: f=mov vcodec=dvvideo pix_fmt=yuv420p acodec=pcm_s16le s=720x576 profile=dv_pal
Result: File is opened, but resized to 768x576 (windows quicktime)

try: f=mov vcodec=dvvideo pix_fmt=yuv420p acodec=pcm_s16le s=720x576 aspect=pal profile=dv_pal
Result: File is opened, size is 720x576, but if aspect of source clip is 16x9, result - out clip vertical resized on full screen.

Please help

I found a solution to this problem.
1) Make new profile "MOV DV PAL" size=720x576 fps=25 pixel_aspect=16x15 aspect=4x3
2)Make new render out settings: group: MOV name: MOV DV PAL parameters: f=mov vcodec=dvvideo pix_fmt=yuv420p acodec=pcm_s16le s=720x576 aspect=pal profile=dv_pal

Now I can edit multi-aspect (of any size and aspect ratio) video on a single timeline.
