Shutdown after renderings is disabled

Mon Feb 15, 2010 10:39 pm
Hi all,
I have kdenlive 0.7.6 on ubuntu 9.1.
In the rendering window the button "shutdown after renderings" is disabled and I can not set.
I would like to launch rendering in the night and then automatically shutdown my PC when done
Can you help me? Is this a grant issue?

Thanks in advance for your support.

The shutdown feature is using a KDM dbus command (KDM is KDE's login manager). You are probably using GDM, Gnome's session manager.

There is probably an equivalent DBUS call to shutdown the system in GDM, but I don't know it, so if anyone has a clue about it, I could integrate it in Kdenlive.
