Render Problem

Sun Mar 21, 2010 10:33 pm
Hi everybody,

I just discovered kdenlive and began to make a project. I putted together severals videos to make one and only clip.

The videos are in .mpg. After doing that i made the render. I choose the avi format, after the rendering some videos are all black but I hear the sound. So basically i have no image but have the sound. I tried with other formats but the problem still remains. I putted some effects ( old movie ) on the vids.

Is it a bug or do i have to configure something? Can someone help me?

Thanks a lot

How did you played the rendered file? With which software?
Try ffplay "filename"
It could be your format is too compressed for your system, and only the sound is played.
If not, more info is needed about your program version.
