Looking for equivalent rendering profile as CLI: x264 --crf 18 --preset slower --tune film -o /data/output.mp4 /data/input.avi

I would like to have the same rendering profile that is used, when using preset=slower and tune=film with the x264 CLI command.
I tested such a x264-output-file with mediainfo and got the following:

cabac=1 / ref=8 / deblock=1:-1:-1 / analyse=0x3:0x133 / me=umh / subme=9 / psy=1 / psy_rd=1.00:0.15 / mixed_ref=1 / me_range=16 / chroma_me=1 / trellis=2 / 8x8dct=1 / cqm=0 / deadzone=21,11 / fast_pskip=1 / chroma_qp_offset=-3 / threads=9 / lookahead_threads=1 / sliced_threads=0 / nr=0 / decimate=1 / interlaced=0 / bluray_compat=0 / constrained_intra=0 / bframes=3 / b_pyramid=2 / b_adapt=2 / b_bias=0 / direct=3 / weightb=1 / open_gop=0 / weightp=2 / keyint=250 / keyint_min=25 / scenecut=40 / intra_refresh=0 / rc_lookahead=60 / rc=crf / mbtree=1 / crf=18.0 / qcomp=0.60 / qpmin=0 / qpmax=69 / qpstep=4 / ip_ratio=1.40 / aq=1:1.00

With kdenlive I managed to get the following ...

cabac=1 / ref=8 / deblock=1:-1:-1 / analyse=0x3:0x133 / me=umh / subme=9 / psy=1 / psy_rd=1,00:0,15 / mixed_ref=1 / me_range=16 / chroma_me=1 / trellis=2 / 8x8dct=1 / cqm=0 / deadzone=21,11 / fast_pskip=1 / chroma_qp_offset=-3 / threads=9 / sliced_threads=0 / nr=0 / decimate=1 / interlaced=0 / bluray_compat=0 / constrained_intra=0 / bframes=3 / b_pyramid=2 / b_adapt=2 / b_bias=0 / direct=3 / weightb=1 / open_gop=1 / weightp=2 / keyint=250 / keyint_min=25 / scenecut=40 / intra_refresh=0 / rc_lookahead=60 / rc=crf / mbtree=1 / crf=18,0 / qcomp=0,60 / qpmin=0 / qpmax=69 / qpstep=4 / ip_ratio=1,40 / aq=1:1,00

... by using this rendering profile:

f=mp4 codec:v=libx264 crf=18 preset=slower tune=film 8x8dct=1 weightb=1 i_qfactor=10/14 flags2=+bpyramid+mixed_refs threads=9 codec:a=libfaac b:a=128k ar=48000

The two mediainfos are quite similar actually, but there are still two differences:

1. open_gop should be 0 but is 1
2. lookahead_threads should be equals 1 (option not mentioned with mediainfo from kdenlive-output-file)

Does someone perhaps know, how I need to adjust my kdenlive renderion profile?
That would be great!

Kind regards
