I'm using version 8.3 and have successfully rendered my project to mpeg-4. Great. But when I try rendering the same project to .avi (by selecting Media Players -> Windows Media Player WMV V7) all I get is audio. No video at all. Here are the settings within that rendering profile:

acodec=libmp3lame ab=128k ar=48000 ac=2 vcodec=wmv1 minrate=0 vb=%bitrate+'k' aspect=%dar pass=%passes

Thoughts welcome.

I wonder if this could have something to do with ffmpeg version that is stripped, versus unstripped. I'm not certain which version I have.
