So I've been doing an english project and its been going swell. Every once in a while I render it to a file so I can see it without all the glitchiness of the preview window. I tried to do it just now and all of a sudden it says "Cannot find the melt program required for rendering (part of MLT)". O.o I have not a clue what that means but I'm good at following instructions soooo.....help?
(I'm on Ubuntu Maverick Meercat, I'm not necessarily new to Ubuntu I'm just not a seasoned user in the slightest. I rely heavily on forums when problems arise. Sooooo.....please explain a lot if you answer. ^.^ ) Thanks. |

Create an project with a similar project profile and save it. Absolutely make sure you use the same frame rate. Make a backup copy of the old project file. Copy and paste the profileinfo XML element from the new project file to the old one. Now try loading the old project. Also, in the Settings menu, run the config wizard.
