I am having a big trouble rendering a 60 min video in KDENLIVE.

I am running ubuntu 10.4LTS. and installed KDENLIVE FROM repositories.

When i am rendering the video at mpeg-2 4000K-2pass the process reaches till 99%
but when i wait for it to get completed at 100. THE RENDERED FILE GETS REPLACED AUTOMATICALLY and the
process RESTARTS from zero.

I am in middle of a very important work, so any help would be so much appreciated

you know that when you choose 2 pass it will render twice right?

Also, please note that there was a bug (fixed now in svn) in Kdenlive versions up to 0.8 that caused this kind of endless loop when there was a special character in project file name or in the path of the rendered file (like having a space or a '#' character).

Check that your project file name and render path don't use any special character and please try again if your problem is not due to 2 pass encoding as mentionned in previous comment.

And by the way: In future versions when using the 2 pass option the progress bar will be completed only once (1st pass = 50%, 2nd pass = 50%)
