Rendering via bash-script fails

Mon Aug 22, 2011 6:30 am
Hey guys,

at first I describe what I did and then what happened:
I have 6 video files that belong together, so a long splitted video. And I have the audio for this (1 file). So I put one video and the audio correctly together and cut of the audio at the start and the end of the video. I made my render-settings and said 'Generate Script'. I found a second file in the /script-folder : script1.sh.mlt. I looked like the project-file so I made this above for all 6 videos with 6 different scripts. Then I wanted to make the work overnight and run a script which run them all 6 after each other.
Now what happened: All scripts where immediately finished like this:

Started render process: "/usr/bin/melt" "/media/Eigene -profile /home/mangafreak/.kde/share/apps/kdenlive/profiles/customprofile1 -consumer avformat:Dateien progress=1 Public/Eigene Dateien/Eigene Videos/Youtube Uploads/MSLP/MajorasMask/scripts/Skript6.sh.mlt file:///media/Eigene%20Dateien%20Public/Eigene%20Dateien/Eigene%20Videos/Youtube%20Uploads/MSLP/MajorasMask/_6.mp4 f=mp4 acodec=libmp3lame ab=128k ar=44100 vcodec=mpeg4 minrate=0 b=400k aspect=@4/3 mbd=2 trellis=1 mv4=1 pass=2 threads=2 real_time=-1"
Rendering of "Dateien" finished

When I used the inbuild-way to execute the scripts one by one it says : Rendering crashed (exactly "Rendern abgestürzt").

I think the question now is obvious, but how can I use rendering scripts right and what did I wrong ?

Thanks in advance and hope my English is readable.

Is there a fail with paths containing spaces ? Because it says 'Rendering of "Dateien" finished' and above it says 'Started render process: ... "/media/Eigene -profile ...' but there is no file or directory called 'Eigene' in 'media'. There is just 'Eigene Dateien Public'.
Can I improve it by changing something in the scripts ?
