i put together a 4 minute project using clips downloaded from the web, the video plays just fine in the viewer window but when i go to render in no matter what file type it renders all the way to 50% then it freezes, and if left alone it crashes. im using ubuntu 11.10 with the latest version of kdenlive and i believe the latest version of mlt, kdenlive wouldn't start untill i updated mlt.
strangely enough it will randomly render the whole video, but 90% of the time it crashes, anybody know why ?

Have a problem like this but only when I try to encode with 2 pass checked.
Unchecking 2 pass option solve the problem but I need 2 pass encoding for enough video quality.
