Custom rendering profile

Can anyone help me how to create a custom rendering profile for this camcoder:

Samsung HMX-Q10

Video
Dimensions: 1280 x 720
Codec: H.264
PAL
Scanning: Progresive
Framerate: 50fps
Pixel aspect ratio: 1
Pixel format: yuv420p
Bitrate 12012 kb/s
Colorspace: ITU-R 709
File Type: MP4
AUDIO:
codec: MPEG-4AAC
channels: Stereo
Sample rate: 48000 Hz
Bitrate: 128 Kbps

Hi,
On another thread you say that you have set your Project up as 720p 50 fps. So, when you want to render, just make sure the Destination drop down menu says "File rendering", then click on H.264 or MPEG-4.

Your original bitrate is around 12000 so you can choose that (lower will give you smaller files and still pretty good quality - experiment)

2 pass gives slightly better quality but takes twice as long to render.

Then just click "Render to File" - It will use your original Project Video Profile.

never mind this post. I see some usefull replies on this topic on a thread I started on this topic a while back.

So what is the difference between the settings in the "Project" and the settings in the "render to file" ? This has always confused me.
