Quick intermediary rendering

Sat Aug 04, 2012 6:30 am
Hi all,

I'm currently using kdenlive to put textual copyright logo to some scientific lectures video. Thats all. Apart from that I have no other effects except the implied trimming at the beginning and ends.

So, my question is... How can I "QUICKLY" render the project to a intermediary format which is FAST to render and very high in quality. I remember using "fast recompression" option in some other video editors in the past.

I'll later use "mencoder" to render/resize/resample the videos that I get from kdenlive.

try using same output format as the input format. eg .dv in. Use raw .dv out
