I am new to kdenlive. I have created a few videos so far. They rendered no problem to h.264 1920x1080. Then.... i spent hours working on a large project. When I render it, it keeps rescaling to 320x200. I haven't changed the settings or profile settings since last video. I want it to render a h.264 video in full 1920x1080 but it keeps dropping to 320x200. I checked all the settings I can find to find the problem. I'm stumped.

Check in the render panel where you choose your format / codec and see if you've inadvertently clicked the rescale button. Under Export Audio tick box.

Sorry to jump onto this thread - I am also getting this problem most of my profiles.

I am working with HD 1080p 50fps

I am using proxy clips on all clips.

Standard File rendering to h264 with no changes:
f=mp4 hq=1 acodec=aac ab=%audiobitrate+'k' ar=48000 pix_fmt=yuv420p vcodec=libx264 minrate=0 vb=%bitrate+'k' g=250 bf=3 b_strategy=1 subcmp=2 cmp=2 coder=1 flags=+loop flags2=dct8x8 qmax=51 subq=7 qmin=10 qcomp=0.6 qdiff=4 trellis=1 aspect=%dar pass=%passes

I notice when I generate a script I see this in the mlt script:

Rescale is not set, if I set it it will respect the values. When it is not set it will always default to 320x200 except for some of the profiles such as youtube.

I am on Debian with kdenlive 0.9.6-1, melt 0.8.8-1

thanks
