Hello,

i use kdenlive 0.9.2 on mint 14.
In kdenlive the sound of my clip is perfect.
When i render, the sound is too fast. I tried various output formats and audio bitrates, but the sound is
always faster as the video.

what can i do?

thanks in advance.

what are you playing your rendered video back in. What format are you rendering too? What render profile are you using? Was it mpeg2 in the file rendering group. Because I had something similar a while back.

I played it in VLC or Movieplayer.
1 part of the Video (animated Picture with mp3 works fine)

I rendered into avi, mpeg(MPEG 2), mp4(MPEG 4) , m2t.
All with the same result.

now i have installed 0.9.4 from ppa:sunab/kdenlive-release - same result.

The solution is, to split Audio from the video stream.

thanks to all helpers.

kdenlive 0.9.6 and the same problem here. Using h.264 1080p sound is faster (and higher) than it should be (after rendering, preview is ok). It becomes more and more out of sync during the movie. How to split audio from video ? Are there other workarounds for that bug ?

EDIT: After converting project to 25 fps (from 29,97) sound is still too fast. Quick help needed !

EDIT2: Problem seem to be solved by converting 44100Hz mp3 to 48000Hz wav and using wav in the project.
