rendering big problem

Sat Oct 26, 2013 12:05 pm
I have kdenlive 0.96 in OS 12.3 64 installed from Packman repository, the melt versions originally installed were melt5 and melt6 (I don't know why). Trying to render project the result was and "INVALID" black screen in the project monitor and the process stopping at 5 seconds from the end. I realized in the settings that kdenlive was using melt5 and so I changed it to melt6. From that moment on every time I try to render a project I always have a warning telling me that the codecs are not available, no matter which codec I want to use. Uninistall and reinstall all the stuff didn't change the situation. Could someone guess a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance.

Did you install the dependencies like ffmpeg and codecs from packman as well?
