I covered right and left chapter of a clip with a grey rectangle. But there are still very fine lines in the rendered clip. Who can help?

My aim: the 16:9 video look like a nasty tube, so chapters of the video to right and left hand should be covered with same color like the website color so that the clip looks like smaller. Thats what I did: I used a "add title" and added a title with a rectangle with color grey and border line white. I overlapped the edges with several millimeters with the grey rectangle. But after rendering the clip there are still ugly fine lines besides the grey part. The fine lines belong to the original clip.

Who can help elimininate the fine lines?
