I did have a working kdenlive 0.9.8 Using KDE Development Platform 4.13.3 on ubuntu 14.04 Trusty
- but now I can't render anything...

I can edit video but when I tries to render it slow and dies with lockup of the computer so a restart is needed.
Its running melt 0.9.3 and the config wizard says

The following codecs were not found on your system. Check our online manual if you need them: libfaac
also it says the DV module is not installed not really sure if thety are needed - I just whats to render 17minutes
project in full hd to a mp4 h264/acc

So I tried the I to rolled-back to 0.9.8 with ppa:sunab/kdenlive-release-old
But its the same problem for me - so suggestions are welcome...

I think I read that sunab said you must first manually remove all the mlt files including melt before rolling-back.

Can't think of any other reason why it wont work.:-)
