ok so here is the deal I have sped up some clips to 9000% and for some reason its showing the stuff i had already removed from that clip that i sped up so I am needing to clear the cache to get rid of all that stuff and I have no idea how to delete the cache or what ever i need to do
any help is greatly appreciated thanks
