Rendering crash

Tue Jan 10, 2017 12:47 am
Hello,
I use Kdenlive as my video editor and I'm having problems with it. I've never had this problem till now I'm running Antergos KDE and every time I get an error when I go to render: "Rendering using low quality track compositing" and when I go ahead and hit render it'll say: "Rendering of /home/tll/Documents/TLL looks at Reactos aborted, resulting video will probably be corrupted." I'm a Linux YouTuber. My screen recorder is OBS but I even tried SimpleScreenRecorder and have the same problem. My computer monitor is 1280x1024 and I'll tell it to render in 1080p and I do that in all my videos but now I'm getting that error I tried with Manjaro KDE and it worked perfectly but now Antergos it's not. Is it a Antergos bug? or is there a way to fix it because I want to stay on Antergos (if you don't know Antergos is, it is Arch). This is my first week of using KDE and I wanna to like it but if it's an Antergos bug then I'll switch to KDE Neon.

I've had a problem that looked like yours.

Check the textfile which is created by kdenlive while rendering (close to the render destination file). The last line will show the number of last frame rendered. Now you can calculate where in your timeline that last "good" frame is. If rendering crashes at a dissolve transition you can try to remove it. Doing so in two (of many) places, my rendering of a 9 minute video passed through.
