The audio is slightly off-sync in preview area, and I have the same issue when playing files with ffplay. Any suggestions? Intel HD 4000, Mesa Git from Padoka PPA, Ubuntu 17.04.

you mean your video source files are out of sync when running ffplay or the rendered footage?

Any media files played through ffplay have the issue, though VLC is not affected. Because the timeline preview uses mlt which uses ffmpeg, it has the same issue.
