The family movies DVD that was made in 2010 from Super8 film I am re-editing into a new DVD-Video, with period music and better organization of Chapter points.

I made several Marker/Guide points for this video and I am wondering that when I choose to output to DVD-Video if I can use these same points to create a menu for the DVD itself.

Or do I have to render each "Chapter" and then use the DVD Wizard to manually import each one?

I selected VOB DVD in the Rendering window, but there was no radio button for "use markers for dvd chapters".

The radio button should show up, if you click "More Options" in the render dialog.

Nope the checkbox doesn't show up in the Render window at all.

And I see and tried the Render to Guides. No checkbox, but wondering whether the way it works would create Chapters without the checkbox.

I using the very latest version of Kdenlive, but still no radiobutton allowing to use the guides as chapters. This is extremely frustrating as it was the reason to choose Kdenlive for my project
Is there any solution available ? I saw screenshots from earlier versions of Kdenlive where the radiobutton is shown, can it be that this feature was getting lost in the recent version ?
Also the settings of the render-profiles are looking totally different, maybe because MLT was being introduced.
I really would appreciate an advise if I`m just "blind" not able to find th option, or it simply doesn exist any longer ..
