Trying out the Windows 17.04.0.2 on my Windows 10 Pro 64bit system. Installed as per instructions and just like I did with the Windows 16.12.1 version which is working just fine. Anytime I go to render a project I get the following error (see image below) no matter what format I select. Even a single 20meg video file will cause this error. Tried ffmpeg-3.2.4-win64-shared at first, then tried a fresh install using the same ffmpeg-3.2.2-win64-shared that I have been using successfully with 16.12.1 (copied them to the 17.04 folder). 16.12 is in the root of my E drive and 17.04 is in the root of my L drive, although I have tried 17.04 on D and in C:\Program Files using the default kdenlive-windows folder with the same results. I've tried 3 different downloads, did the install at least 8 times and always get the same results. Anyone have a clue as to why 17.04 has the problem but 16.12 works fine on the same system as I'm baffled.

Hello,
Maybe your path settings still point to the 16.12 version with different Qt libs? Try renaming/removing %APPDATA%\Local\kdenliverc to reset settings... |
