hello everybody.
Wanna export a short clip to be used as an overlay on a software video mixer. I know that quicktime codecs could export with alpha channel and i got quicktime in linux and i suppose i could use https://github.com/vidvox/hap-qt-codec/releases/ on windows. is there a preset or a way to export a video with his transparency to a mkv or webm clip in kdenlive? thanks |

I'm just bumping this thread. It seems like it should be possible, for Blender can do it. I believe (based upon other programs) that the output would have to be Quicktime (mov) with the animation codec, and with RGBA specified. Here is an example of how it's accomplished in another program: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2220015
Any help would be appreciated. |
