hello i just dowloaded kdenlive on my computer and put an mp4 video in it, when i went to go play the video the mp4 video did not show up. Is there a specific format i need?

usually every format can be used on Kdenlive... where come from this video? (some exotic device? .. like surveillance? Quadcopters? other video editing software?)

and.. are you using Kdenlive on Linux or Windows?
