I (13) would like to use kdenlve to edit videos from my Huawey P8 shot in vertical > edit them > export them back in vertical rather then horizontal, to be seen on a mobile phone.

Is this possible? Are there any easy guides to follow for doing this?

I'm no expert user; however, there is certainly a "Rotate" effect.

On my computer, it seems to be a VERY processor intensive effect. I'd advise using proxy clips.

Alternatively, you could render it rotated as horizontal, edit this new clip, and then re-rotate it back.
