I am searching a solution to save video layer which I can put after directly without use a key alpha color. Is it possible to render a video with transparency?

MLT recently added presets to render videos with alpha channel (webm & mov if I remember well), but for the moment we don't expose it in Kdenlive dialog, so you should create a new custom render profile from MLT's settings.
