I have created a bug report some time ago: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=395701
You can see its effect here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-WbV4f ... mrjq&t=239 When it cuts to the monk, there are some frozen image until the movements start. This is not seen in kdenlive which shows me the proxy clips as preview of the video. This bug is really annoying since it destroyed many of my cuts which looked normal with the proxy clips but get frozen images when being rendered. I do not want to use transcoded clips since this would mean a loss of quality before even rendering the whole project. I know C++ myself but I have no idea about the structure of the kdenlive project. It seems to be a bug when the video is being rendered. Maybe someone could help fixing this bug, I would be willing to donate some money to the project since I have used anyway for many videos. Is there some documentation how the final rendering is done and how the keyframes are recalculated? |

Yes, I have fixed and reuploaded it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3z1RS2T ... _P88rcCMuT Where can I donate to kdenlive? The donate button leads to a donation for the KDE project, so is it not possible to donate to specific KDE projects? |

Glad to hear you could solve it. (You had interlaced footage and the project was set to progressive. Changed render settings to “forced interlaced” solved the problem)
You can donate to KDE only because Kdenlive is part of this organization. Please mark this thread as solved. |
