Hello folks,
I've been struggling to solve the issues I have been having rendering to MP4, well, any format, really. I am using Manjaro Xfce and KDE, both of which return the same errors. Here is the error log:
I did find one clip section that seemed to have a 'composite' keyframe outside of the effect's timeline, so I repositioned it, but that made no difference. I don't know how to find where timestamp 3003 is on the timeline (no reference to it) to see what it is. I have tried to render to wmf as well, but that returns the following shorter list of errors:
The final render format doesn't matter too much. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you. |

Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 19.04.1c to see if there are any packaging issues https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/
If the problem/issue doesn't occur when using the AppImage, then it's your configuration or packaging. |

Hello Merlimau,
Thank you for the link. I have downloaded the appimage now and doing a render. In the terminal, there were still some errors logged regarding PES mismatch and POCs unavailable. I think it may be something to do with the clips, but I'm not sure why. Some clips were recorded on a Panasonic G8 camera in MP3 format, and others with a Panasonic camcorder using mts files. I discovered that unchecking 'interlaced' in each of the clip properties reduced the number or errors reported. I will update when it's done. |

I'm replying some time after the render completed.
Yes, it did complete, so there may be a dependency issue in the Manjaro repository. Thanks again. |
