Transcode clips without changing frame rate?

I'm using "Transcode Clips" (File Menu --> Transcode Clips).
I would like to transcode (to DNxHD) all clips in a directory without changing frame rate; the directory contains clips from different sources and with different frame rates (23.976, 59.94 and 120).
I'm able to specify output frame rate with "-r" but I don't want to specify as the clips have different frame rates and I would like to essentially batch transcode the lot.
"-re" should read the input frame rate and maintain it for the output but it throws an error about -re being for input and not output.
I've read that if frame rate is not specified, FFMPEG should transcode without changing the frame rate but in Kdenlive, this doesn't seem to be the case.

Thoughts?
