Hello.

First: thank you to all that make Kdenlive possible.

I've just started using Kdenlive. I have a project ready for rendering. When i try to render, the Render Window shows my job, with status Waiting, and nothing happens.

Some info on my config:

Operating System: Kubuntu 19.10
KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.62.0
Qt Version: 5.12.4
Kernel Version: 5.3.0-29-generic
OS Type: 64-bit
Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i7-8665U CPU @ 1.90GHz
Memory: 15,4 GiB of RAM

I've installed Kdenlive with Snap. Kdenlive reports Version 19.08.2

Appreciate any help in how i can actually get an output/rendered file (fyi: I would say i'm a beginner with Linux etc).

I wondered what would happen when i would close Kdenlive and start it again. So i closed it, opened the KDEmenu and searched for Kdenlive. Got presented 2. Chose one, opened the project file and it rendered.

Although both apps report the same version, in the KDEmenu, one has a smaller 'triangle to the right' in the menu icon than the other. The one with the smaller triangle renders, the other doesn't. So i'm happy, just not sure a) how 2 version got on my machine (maybe one was included in the distro?), b) what the difference of the 2 apps is and why one works and the other doesn't.
